Welcome to the
Vanuatu Financial Services Commission
The Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (the “Commission”) is responsible for the regulation and supervision of investment business and trust and company service providers. The Commissioner is also the Registrar of Companies, Charitable Organizations, Credit Union, Trade Unions, Personal Property Securities and Controller of Stamp Duties. The Commission has additional responsibilities including the development of the financial services industry in Vanuatu.
While keen to promote the financial center facilities, the Commission has an unwavering commitment to ensure that the reputation and integrity of the Center is maintained. Accordingly, laws have been updated and International standards and best practices have been adopted.
We are finalising the overhaul of the Center’s legislative framework which will enhance both the reputation of Vanuatu as an international finance center and investor confidence in our jurisdiction. We welcome suggestions to improve the website and if there is any additional information you should require, please do contact us and we will try our best to assist you.
Thank you for taking the time to find out more about the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission and the “Vanuatu Finance Center.”
